For overnight stay this hotel is good but not for long duration.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Negombo beach and only 20 minutes away from the airport. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms on the highest floor are spacious with large bedrooms, even though the beds may be a bit firm. The basic amenities are provided, including breakfast.

All was well with this hotel, no improvements needed.

I arrived early in the morning 6:00 hrs and i rung up the hotel to see what was the earliest i could check in. They asked me to come in, straight away. By 7:00hrs i was checked in. On the last day I odered a dish for dinner a few minutes later the restaurant Manager came down o my room to apologize as that particular dish was not available that night.

Call to restaurant from the rooms are never picked up. Requests have to be followed up or will be ignored. I asked for a deluxe room with twin bed. First was checked into a Room with a double bed and a single bed. By afternoon I was told that I will be moved later on. By 14:00 hrs i called them to enquire about shifting as I had to go out at three and then they came and changed me to a room with a "double bed" I did not complain as i was in a hurry to go out.

It was a nice and comfy place to relax. Felt like home. Walking distance to the beach. Food and Pubs closeby.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the beach, is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Negombo coastline. The staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring that all your basic amenities are taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and even have a bed for my kid, along with a kitchen and air conditioning. I also appreciated that my room was on the ground floor. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast included a variety of delicious English-style and local cuisines.

Like many of these hotels, way too many staff and way too little service. The rooms were very mediocre and I was disappointed.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool.- The location of the hotel was convenient and close to nice restaurants.- The pool was clean and well-maintained.

The wifi was only available near the pool and not in the rooms. Some of the sun loungers by the pool were broken.

No. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We were very unhappy with our experience at Paradise Holiday village, the room waWs unclean, bed linen was dirty and I has to ask for clean ones towels old. And did not feel clean or fresh only the Air conditioner in the bedroom was working, the air conditioner in the living area had been disconnected, we were told this was standard. The showe r was very old and the water drained very slowly at first there was no hot water, we had to ask them to turn the hot water to the appartment on. The bed was very uncomfortable, there were no side tables or lamps. For the price we would have expected more basics like hand towels flannels and some toiletries. None of these were provided also there were no tea/coffee making facilities only 2 small botttles of water. Breakfast was included in the price as we were leaving for the airport early we were told that a breakfast pack would be provided on departure, however nothing had been prepared and so we left without having any breakfast or even a drink. As the conditions were so poor we had a very bad nights sleep prior to our journey home. I would recommend that Booked.net do not offer this hotel on their website. I would also like to request if there is any way we can get a refund at the very least for not receiving the breakfast we paid for.
